中國(guó)出口商品交易會(huì)，又稱廣交會(huì)，創(chuàng)辦于1957年春季，每年春秋兩季在廣州舉辦，迄今已有四十余年歷史，是中國(guó)目前歷史最長(zhǎng)、層次最高、規(guī)模最大、商品種類最全、到會(huì)客商最多、成交效果最好的綜合性國(guó)際貿(mào)易盛會(huì)。

廣交會(huì)一期境外采購(gòu)商到會(huì)、出口成交有所增長(zhǎng)。境外采購(gòu)商到會(huì)10.7萬(wàn)人，與上屆同比（下同）增長(zhǎng)8.4%，首次參會(huì)的境外采購(gòu)商約占四成，提高2.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。其中新興市場(chǎng)增長(zhǎng)較快，金磚國(guó)家（印度、俄羅斯、巴西、南非）增長(zhǎng)19.9%；東盟增長(zhǎng)22.4%；傳統(tǒng)市場(chǎng)普遍下降，歐盟下降10%，美國(guó)下降3.7%；日本采購(gòu)商數(shù)量略有增加，反映震后對(duì)我價(jià)格合適的消費(fèi)品需求增加。利比亞、科特迪瓦、突尼斯、巴林、埃及采購(gòu)商下降8%-80%。

China Import and Export Fair,also called Canton Fair, is held twice a year in Spring and Autumn since it was inaugurated in the Spring of 1957. It is China’s largest trade fair of the highest level, of the most complete varieties and of the largest attendance and business turnover. Preserving its traditions, the Fair is a comprehensive and multi-functional event of international importance.

The first phase of the 109th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) began on Apr. 15 and closed on Apr. 19. About 102,242 purchases visited the fair, up 9.05% from the 108th fair, also higher than expected. Industry players said it was a sign of global economic recovery. The purchasers from Japan totaled 1,804, up 9.80% from the last fair, which means that the demand surged after the earthquake hit Japan. The purchasers from Europe were 10,614, up 2.10% from last fair while America purchasers were 2,566, up 3.89% from last fair.
